A suspected gasoline line rupture has compelled as much as 200 individuals to be evacuated from a significant hospital and TAFE campus in North Sydney.

It is understood {that a} contractor had been engaged on Westbound Avenue in St Leonards, and allegedly ruptured a gasoline line, inflicting a leak round 3:30pm at this time.

A spokesman for Fireplace and Rescue NSW advised Newswire that nobody had been injured and the gasoline firm had rapidly switched of the gasoline.

As much as 200 individuals have been evacuated from the hospital and close by TAFE

‘The realm has now been declared secure by Fireplace Rescue and Rescue, with the positioning handed over to NSW Police,’ they mentioned.
