A person has barricaded himself inside a house after allegedly stabbing a lady, sparking a police siege.
Paramedics rushed to the Gooseberry Hill, east Perth, residence about 5pm on Tuesday after a lady was discovered with life-threatening stab wounds to her neck and torso.
She was taken to the Royal Perth Hospital beneath lights and sirens, reportedly with a number of accidents.
It is understood neighbours found the girl in a backyard and known as for assist shortly after.
A big police operation is at present underway on the deal with with tactical officers in attendance.
