The grief-stricken household of a toddler who drowned in a dam after he went lacking from his house is being remembered as an exquisite and cheeky little boy vigorous.
The little boy went lacking from his residence in Lara, a city about 18km north east of Geelong, Victoria, at 5.20pm on Tuesday.
