WNBA legend Lisa Leslie was fairly certain that Caitlin Clark was going to make the U.S. ladies’s nationwide basketball staff for the 2024 Olympics again in April.
Leslie’s tackle Clark’s potential of creating the staff went viral then, and it went viral once more on Saturday because the Indiana Fever participant was reportedly left off the roster.

WNBA veterans Diana Taurasi and Brittney Griner are reportedly set to be on the roster together with Breanna Stewart, A’ja Wilson, Napheesa Collier, Jewell Loyd, Chelsea Grey, Kelsey Plum and Jackie Younger. Alyssa Thomas, Sabrina Ionescu and Kahleah Copper will probably be first-time Olympians.
