A council is being prosecuted for alleged well being and security offences over the dying of a 48-year-old father who was killed by a falling tree whereas strolling his canine.
Chris Corridor was exercising his working cocker spaniel Benson on their common strolling route in a park in Wilmslow, Cheshire in August 2020 when he was fatally injured by the 134ft lime tree.

Now the Well being and Security Govt has introduced it’s taking motion in opposition to each Cheshire East Council and ANSA Environmental Providers Ltd, an organization owned by the authority.
