An organization that owned a string of air con and heating companies has collapsed, owing as much as $2million and leaving workers jobless.
Pact Companies Group fell into liquidation on March 20, with its firms Pact Heating and Cooling, Pact Business, Pact Dwelling Options, Pact Photo voltaic, Pact Service and North East Heating, Cooling and Photo voltaic all closing up store.
Pact Companies Group owes greater than $2million to at the least 100 collectors in complete, information.com.au reported.
One former workers member instructed the publication he’d been sacked on the spot as soon as the corporate entered liquidation and stated staff had been left ‘excessive and dry with out wages and superannuation’.
Jason Stone and Paul Allan of restructuring agency PKF have been appointed liquidators.
The corporate, which had its headquarters in Dandenong in Melbourne’s southeast, supplied development and upkeep providers in air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and photo voltaic in industrial and home settings.
