Baseball Corridor of Famer Willie Mays died on Tuesday afternoon on the age of 93.

“I’m past devastated and overcome with emotion. Mays, who spent most of 1952 and all of 1953 serving within the Military, was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President Obama in 2015.
