Guests and employees on the Sydney Jewish Museum have been evacuated after a ‘suspicious merchandise’ was found inside.
Emergency companies have been referred to as to the museum on Darlinghurst Highway in Darlinghurst, in Sydney’s CBD, simply after 9:30am after the merchandise was reportedly situated on the primary flooring.
Fireplace and Rescue NSW Obligation Commander Michael Woodward instructed reporters {that a} ‘substance’ had been discovered on the scene.
‘The substance has been rendered protected,’ Mr Woodward mentioned.

The Sydney Jewish Museum confirmed the positioning is ‘open and operational’ following the operation.
