Legendary ESPN broadcaster Dick Vitale revealed somber information Friday, asserting his most cancers has returned after a biopsy of a lymph node.
“My report on the Biopsy of the Lymph Node in my neck has arrived & it’s cancerous,” he wrote on X. “With all of the (prayers) I’ve obtained & the loving assist of my household, pals & @espn colleagues I’ll win this battle. (Pray) surgical procedure on Tuesday might be a hit.
“Thanks for all of the prayers.”

Vitale, 85, has been battling most cancers since 2021.
In 2022, Vitale underwent surgical procedure for his ongoing battle with dysplasia in his vocal cords. The February 2022 process quickly halted his broadcasting duties.
He introduced in December he was cancer-free. Vitale had deliberate to get again into the sales space Nov. 28, given his optimistic prognosis, however docs suggested him to take an extended break.
